Helping Hands of Aiken is a locally owned Non-Emergency Medical Transportation service dedicated to providing safe, reliable, and compassionate transportation for individuals with mobility challenges. Based in the Aiken–North Augusta area, we offer door-to-door assistance for ambulatory, walker, and wheelchair-using riders.

Our mission is simple: to help our community maintain independence, access essential care, and travel with dignity.
Whether it’s a doctor’s appointment, therapy session, dialysis, or a personal errand, we ensure every ride is handled with professionalism, patience, and respect.
