Helping Hands of Aiken was founded with a simple mission: to provide safe, reliable, and compassionate non-emergency medical transportation to the residents of Aiken County and the surrounding CSRA.

The idea for Helping Hands of Aiken grew from firsthand experience in emergency medical services. Through years of working with patients, it became clear that one of the biggest barriers to receiving quality healthcare isn't always the medical care itself—it's simply getting there.

Whether it's a routine doctor's appointment, dialysis treatment, rehabilitation, or a hospital discharge, dependable transportation plays an important role in a person's health and independence. Our goal is to ensure every passenger is treated with dignity, respect, and compassion from the moment they are picked up until they safely arrive at their destination.

As a locally owned and operated business, Helping Hands of Aiken is committed to serving our community with professionalism, integrity, and a genuine passion for helping others.

We are currently preparing for launch and working toward acquiring our first wheelchair-accessible vehicle. Every step we take today is focused on building a transportation service that our community can rely on for years to come.
